As a Technical Product Analyst, you will be the connective tissue between our product organization and the data that drives its decisions. You will own measurement and reporting across the product lifecycle, from evaluating the impact of new feature launches to tracking the KPIs that define success across Carrot’s member journey.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics engineering, and member outcomes. You will partner closely with Product Management, Product and Engineering Leadership, the Data team, and the Outcomes team to ensure our product decisions are grounded in rigorous, trustworthy analysis. You will also serve as an analytical advisor for our member survey infrastructure, shaping how we collect, structure, and interpret experience data through Qualtrics.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating reporting dashboards, writing SQL queries, collaborating to define key metrics, and advising on a survey instrument that produces member outcomes data.
The Team:
In this role, you’ll operate as an embedded member of the Data team within the Product organization, working closely with both groups. Key stakeholders include product management, product and engineering leadership, and the member outcomes team.
