We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We want to strengthen our sales function and find someone who enjoys B2B sales, is not afraid of a dynamic environment, understands that used technologies and solutions have value, and can independently develop sales with existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients in EU countries, preferably Scandinavian and DACH region;

  • Active approaching – calling, emailing, messaging (LinkedIn), conferences;

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries;

  • Understand clients’ needs and provide customized solutions that meet their business requirements;

  • Lead and participate in sales presentations and negotiations.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales;

  • A clear work ethic standard: proactivity, discipline, pace, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide customized solutions in IT industry;

  • Experience in active sales, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;

  • English language proficiency, both written and spoken, and any Scandinavian language knowledge is an advantage.

  • Base salary €2,500 – €4,100 gross per month, depending on experience;

  • After the first 9–12 months, total compensation for strong performers is expected to reach €6,000+ EUR gross per month. Bonuses are uncapped and tied directly to what you close — your earnings reflect your results, no ceiling;

  • Dedicated professional pre-sales and technical team supporting your deals end-to-end — you don’t walk into client meetings alone;

  • Training and professional development budget for certifications, industry events, and skills growth;

  • Hybrid working model (4 days office, 1 day remote) with flexible working hours.
