Marketing SEO/ASO Manager at Life360

Manages SEO and ASO strategies to drive organic discovery and conversion for Life360's mobile app and website across multiple markets.

Mid Remote Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Life360

Life360’s mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 102.4 million monthly active users (MAU), as of June 30, 2026, across more than 180 countries.

Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family).

Life360 has more than 500 (and growing!) remote-first employees. For more information, please visit life360.com.

Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US) regardless of any specified location above.

We are AI Native

We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.

Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.

About The Team

As you’d expect from a company obsessed with keeping families connected, the eCommerce team moves fast and takes the member experience seriously – because a clunky flow is its own kind of broken promise. Sitting inside Journey Marketing, we’re a mix of merchandisers, marketers, data folks, and designers who all care about the same thing: turning every member touchpoint — from first website or app visit — into long-term loyalty and lasting relationships. From the online store to in-app purchases to wherever commerce shows up next, this team builds the experience that turns interest into purchase. If you like owning outcomes, thinking in systems, and turning “maybe” into “yes” at scale, you’ll fit right in.

About the Job

Search has changed and is reshaping how families discover Life360 before they ever visit a website or app store. The SEO and ASO Manager owns Life360’s unified organic discovery strategy across traditional search (SEO), AI answer surfaces (AEO/GEO), and app stores (ASO) – while simultaneously owning the content strategy, editorial calendar, and site information architecture that powers all three. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to build the technical foundation, content depth, and structured data layer that earn Life360 citations, rankings, and recommendations across every surface where families make decisions.

This is a hands-on role with real execution accountability. You’ll manage a content strategist and supporting agency, setting the quality bar for everything we publish, and personally own the technical and strategic work that requires deep expertise. You’ll be Life360’s subject matter expert on how organic discovery works in an AI-first world and the person responsible for making sure we win it.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $121,500 to $178,500 USD. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a small team currently consisting of a Content Strategist
  • Own Life360’s unified organic discovery strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO, and ASO, ensuring that search rankings, AI citations, and app store presence operate as a single, coordinated system across membership and devices.
  • Lead the content strategy and editorial calendar for Life360.com, setting the topical roadmap, content hierarchy, and publishing cadence across blog, product marketing pages, help content, and comparison pages – ensuring every piece serves a defined discovery and conversion purpose.
  • Build and maintain the site information architecture, owning URL structure, taxonomy, internal linking, and wayfinding logic that enables both users and crawlers to navigate Life360’s content efficiently.
  • Execute AEO optimization across all content surfaces (web and app), implementing and expanding structured data, shaping content for AI parsing, and building the signals that AI models weight heavily.
  • Monitor and grow Life360’s AI citation share across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, tracking citation rate and proactively identifying content gaps where competitors or third parties are defining our narrative before we do.
  • Lead technical SEO health: manage crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, canonical and redirect logic, hreflang implementation, and structured data integrity; partner with Engineering to triage and resolve issues and build technical SEO requirements into relevant product and site launches.
  • Optimize landing pages and FAQ content for both traditional SERP performance and AI answer eligibility, ensuring high-commercial-intent pages are built to convert and be cited.
  • Drive the off-page authority strategy in partnership with PR, identifying link-building opportunities, editorial placements (Wirecutter, Forbes Advisor, parenting publishers), and creator co-citation campaigns that build Life360’s domain authority and AI recommendation weight.
  • Own regional SEO localization including locale-specific keyword research, localized content briefs, hreflang governance, and coordinated ASO refreshes for each market.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting across organic sessions, AI citation rate, app store rank, and organic revenue contribution – translating data into clear strategic recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in content strategy and SEO, with a track record of measurable organic performance improvement on apps and websites.
  • Proven AEO experience: you understand how LLMs parse content, what structured data signals matter for AI citation, and have implemented strategies that improved a brand’s visibility in generative search results.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation: you’ve worked directly with Engineering on crawl health, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture; you can write a detailed technical brief and QA the implementation.
  • Content strategy ownership: you’ve built and run an editorial calendar, managed content production workflows, conducted content gap analysis, and made strategic decisions about topical authority and content hierarchy – not just written or edited content.
  • AI-native operator: you use AI tools actively in your workflow (content research, brief generation, structured data implementation, performance analysis) and can guide AI systems to produce on-brand output at scale.
  • Global SEO experience: including hreflang implementation, locale-specific keyword strategy, and regional content localization across multiple markets.
  • Data-driven decision maker who can build performance dashboards, identify anomalies, and translate organic metrics into clear business impact narratives for leadership.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent) and Google Search Console; experience with ASO platforms (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work fluidly with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and PR to align organic strategy with product launches, campaigns, and technical roadmaps.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can make the case for organic investment, translate complex algorithm shifts into plain-language implications, and influence prioritization without direct authority over engineering resources.

Our Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program
  • Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being
  • Generous time off: flexible PTO, companywide holidays throughout the year plus summer and winter shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership and Tile trackers

  • Be a Good Person - We have a team of high integrity people you can trust.

  • Members Before Metrics - We focus on building an exceptional experience for families.
  • High Intensity, High Impact - We do whatever it takes to get the job done.

It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. • llms.txt, schema markup framed for AI extraction, structured FAQ and HowTo at scale
  • Comfort writing point-of-view content. LLMs cite opinionated, sourced takes more than generic recap pages
  • Tracking share-of-voice in AI answers as a reportable metric, not just rankings

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership

Own organic search and AI discovery performance for an assigned book of SiteCare clients, typically 12 to 15 accounts across our plan tiers, including sitecare.com. Set quarterly KPIs per client, defend them in internal reviews, and report progress to clients directly. Decide which work gets prioritized inside each engagement based on impact, with escalation paths defined for scope and budget changes.

Technical SEO Health

Keep every client site in your portfolio above an agreed technical health bar. Run scheduled audits, maintain a prioritized issue backlog, and partner with Delivery Managers to get fixes shipped. Be the person who notices indexing drops, Core Web Vitals regressions, and crawl budget waste before the client does.

Growth Strategy and Roadmaps

Build and maintain a 12-month organic growth roadmap for each client, refreshed quarterly. Conduct keyword and topic research, competitive gap analysis, and content opportunity sizing. Translate findings into a sequenced plan with traffic and pipeline forecasts the client can hold you to.

Content Collaboration

Write briefs that give SiteCare’s content collaborators and client editorial teams everything they need: target queries, search intent, competitive context, internal linking targets, schema requirements, and citation-worthy elements. Review drafts for SEO and GEO fit before publish. Maintain the editorial pipeline alongside the client’s marketing lead.

AI Discovery Program

Run SiteCare’s AI visibility practice across client accounts. Monitor brand and topic presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews using Ahrefs Brand Radar and at least one dedicated GEO tool. Recommend and implement content, schema, and entity changes that improve citation rates. Define what “good” looks like in AI search and report on it monthly.

Reporting and Communication

Deliver a monthly performance report and a quarterly business review for every account in your portfolio. Lead the SEO and GEO portions of QBRs alongside the Client Success Advisor. Present audits and roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders without losing the technical substance.

Practice Building

Contribute to SiteCare’s SEO and GEO practice beyond your portfolio. Maintain the team’s audit playbooks, tooling stack, and reporting templates. Publish original research and point-of-view content under your name on sitecare.com and LinkedIn at an agreed cadence. Train Delivery Managers and Client Specialists on what they need to spot and escalate.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Work daily with Delivery Managers on implementation, Client Success Advisors on account strategy, and the leadership team on practice direction. Flag opportunities for development work expansions and net-new engagements when SEO findings reveal scope the client should invest in.

  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with the SiteCareteam to support broader SEO strategies.
  • Communicate progress and findings effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Skills

  • 4+ years in SEO with measurable growth results across multiple sites, agency or in-house
  • Track record of owning organic strategy end to end: research, roadmap, execution, reporting.
  • Hands-on WordPress experience at scale, including how plugin and theme choices affect SEO.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Client-facing experience presenting strategy and performance to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in technical documentation.

AI Discovery and GEO

  • Working knowledge of how LLMs surface and cite content, and what makes a page citation-worthy.
  • Experience monitoring brand and topic visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Familiarity with at least one dedicated GEO tool (Ahrefs Brand Radar, Profound, Otterly, Peec AI, AthenaHQ, Scrunch, or similar).
  • Comfort with entity-based SEO, schema designed for AI extraction, and content patterns that earn citations.

Working Style

  • Operates autonomously across a portfolio without needing daily direction
  • Ships experiments and learns from them, especially in GEO where measurement is still forming
  • Genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping discovery, and has opinions worth publishing
  • Direct, accountable, low-ego

Personal Attributes

  • Embodies SiteCare’s values
  • Detail-oriented and driven to deliver high-quality work.
  • Proactive in staying updated on industry developments and sharing knowledge.
  • Original published research or B2B SaaS or Services background will quickly set you apart from other candidates.

Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe's growth marketing team is responsible for driving efficient acquisition and activation of millions of businesses globally from solo founders to scaling startups. Paid media is a critical pillar of our self-serve acquisition strategy. The paid media team manages significant investment across search, social, video and other channels to acquire developers, founders, and operators who will build on Stripe. We partner deeply with growth, data science, analytics, data engineering, creative, finance and other marketers to deliver profitable growth via paid media.

What you’ll do

As Head of Self-Serve Paid Media, you will own and evolve Stripe's self-serve paid acquisition strategy, managing a team of 5-10 paid media experts and working cross-functionally with leaders across analytics, creative, product marketing, growth engineering, and finance. You'll be responsible for a substantial media budget and accountable for delivering efficient, scalable growth in signups, activations, and revenue. In this role, you'll own the long term strategy for how paid media delivers growth in Stripe’s self-serve business. You'll identify new channels and formats, build measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes, and develop your team into world-class practitioners. You'll partner closely with data science to advance our attribution and incrementality capabilities, and with internal and external creative partners to produce high-performing assets at scale.

  • Drive measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency (ROAS, incremental activations) while scaling total investment
  • Partner cross-functionally with analytics, creative strategy, growth engineering, product marketing, lifecycle, and finance to maximize the potential impact of paid media
  • Improve the measurement capabilities: partner with data science to improve attribution modeling, incrementality testing (geo-holdouts, media mix models), and forecasting
  • Develop and manage the self-serve paid media budget, including pacing, forecasting, and executive reporting
  • Identify and scale emerging channels and formats
  • Represent paid media performance and strategy in leadership forums and to diverse stakeholders.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with at least 3 years leading a team
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale paid media budgets with accountability for business outcomes through to revenue (i.e. not just top of funnel)
  • Strong analytical foundation: understand attribution, incrementality testing, LTV and data-driven optimization
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, or high-growth technology companies
  • Track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing marketing teams
  • Creative sensibility: you have a strong POV on what creative works best for each platform and the level of creative velocity and quality that is required
  • Experience working cross-functionally with data science, engineering, creative, and finance partners to deliver growth

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with self-serve or product-led growth models where paid media must drive not just leads but product activations
  • Background in international paid media strategy, including managing campaigns across multiple markets and languages
  • Experience building or advancing measurement capabilities such as media mix models, geo-based incrementality testing, or multi-touch attribution systems
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture

Marketing Account Based Marketing Specialist - USA at SweetRush Inc.

Develops and executes personalized account-based marketing campaigns for key enterprise accounts in the learning and development industry.

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Account Based Marketing Specialist

Location: United States

SweetRush has an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Marketing team!

Who We Are

At SweetRush, we believe that when you put people at the center of business, magic happens. As a global leader in learning and development, we blend high-end storytelling, emerging tech like AI and VR, and deep psychological insights to help organizations—from iconic global brands to essential nonprofits—flourish. We are a remote-first, tight-knit community built on a foundation of radical empathy and creative excellence. Our work isn’t just about the awards we win with incredible partners such as Hilton, Google, Bridgestone, Adidas, SHRM, and numerous others; it’s about balancing profit with a genuine desire to spread good in the world. If you are a caring innovator who believes work should be life-centered and impactful, then this is where you come in…

About the Opportunity

Most account-based marketing fails for a simple reason: people try to scale personal connections using cookie-cutter templates. They swap a logo on a deck, throw a first name into an email subject line, and call it personalization. We don’t work that way, and we’re looking for an ABM Specialist who doesn’t either.

In this role, you’ll be looking at our most critical accounts as groups of actual human beings with specific challenges, pressures, and goals. Your job is to take what our sales and marketing teams know about these accounts and turn it into thoughtful, creative outreach that makes a learning leader pause and think, “Finally, someone who actually gets what we’re going through.”

SweetRush messaging is always deeply personal and deeply human. What you create should feel authentic and real - not blending in with an ocean of AI-created emails.

You need to know the learning and development world well enough to speak its language without sounding like a textbook. You should be as comfortable digging into data to see what’s working as you are coming up with a creative concept that breaks through the noise. Most importantly, you bring genuine curiosity and respect for the craft. This is a pro-active position for someone who will take the lead to think about how we can build something useful, memorable, and human for the real people on the other side of the screen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the L&D industry.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership (Directors and Account Management Team Lead) to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets to drive engagement within key accounts.
  • Design and run synchronized ABM “plays” across channels, ensuring consistent and personalized messaging that aligns with SweetRush’s voice and brand.
  • Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and consistent follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to develop on-brand, high-impact campaigns and assets.
  • Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages to support account engagement.
  • Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Ensure close attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and data integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing.
  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent campaign management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.

Location: Remote

Type of Hire: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

Salary/Hourly Range: Salary is negotiable

SweetRush Is an Equal Opportunity Employer

Marketing Fractional Communications Director — Healthcare B2B at Neolytix

Fractional communications director builds and executes earned media strategy, pitching healthcare trade outlets and securing press placements for MSO leadership.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Fractional Communications Director — Healthcare B2B

Part-Time Contract (1099) | Remote (US) | 15–20 hours/month

Compensation: $1,500–$3,000/month base retainer + per-placement performance bonuses

About Neolytix

Neolytix is a 14-year-old healthcare management services organization (MSO) headquartered in Chicago, serving 270+ provider organizations nationwide across revenue cycle management, credentialing and payer enrollment, patient access, and payer contract analytics. We are entering a high-visibility growth phase, including the commercial launch of InCredibly, our proprietary credentialing and enrollment platform, and we need our leadership and our story in front of the healthcare trade press.

The Role

We are hiring a fractional communications director — an individual practitioner, not an agency — to build and run our earned media program. You will work directly with the CEO and alongside our in-house marketing team, which handles content production. Your job is strategy, pitching, and media relationships. You will not be writing blog posts.

This is a 3-month pilot engagement at 15–20 hours per month, with the expectation of a longer-term relationship (and expanded scope) if the pilot produces placements.

What You Will Own

  • Earned media placements in healthcare B2B trade outlets — quotes, features, and contributed articles in publications such as Becker’s, Modern Healthcare, Fierce Healthcare, MedCity News, HealthLeaders, Healthcare Dive, HIT Consultant, Medical Economics, and Physicians Practice.
  • Executive visibility. Ghostwrite bylines and commentary for the CEO; position him as a voice on credentialing, payer enrollment, RCM, and MSO economics.
  • Proactive pitching. 4–6 tailored pitches per month tied to news hooks, regulatory changes, and proprietary data/insights we supply.
  • Reactive commentary. Monitor journalist source requests (Qwoted and similar) and turn around expert commentary fast.
  • Podcast, speaking, and awards pipeline. Secure podcast appearances and speaking slots (MGMA, HFMA, Becker’s events and similar) and manage industry award submissions.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in communications/PR, with a meaningful portion focused on healthcare B2B (provider services, health IT, RCM, payer, or adjacent). Consumer health, wellness, and lifestyle PR do not qualify.
  • Placements you personally secured in healthcare trade outlets within the last 18 months. You will be asked for live links, and we will read them.
  • Working relationships with reporters and editors covering healthcare business, RCM, and health IT. You will be asked to name them and describe the angle you would pitch.
  • Founder/C-suite ghostwriting experience — you can capture an executive’s voice and produce publish-ready bylines.
  • Fractional or small-company track record. You know how to generate results on a lean retainer without an agency machine behind you.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You are an agency planning to staff this with a junior account executive.
  • Your core offering is press release writing and wire distribution.
  • Your placement history is pay-to-play (contributor networks, sponsored content, council memberships).
  • Your healthcare experience is consumer wellness, supplements, or provider marketing to patients.

Compensation Structure

Base retainer of $1,500–$3,000/month depending on experience, plus per-placement bonuses tiered by outlet ($250–$1,000 per earned placement). We would rather pay for outcomes than activity, and the structure reflects that. The 3-month pilot is renewed or ended based on placements and pitch quality.

How to Apply

Applications that skip any of the following will not be reviewed:

  1. Five live links to earned media placements you personally secured in healthcare B2B outlets in the last 18 months. Identify your role in each (pitched, ghostwrote, secured the interview).
  2. Two or three reporters or editors you would pitch a credentialing-platform story to, with a one-line angle for each.
  3. Your monthly retainer expectation for 15–20 hours/month, and confirmation you are an individual practitioner (not an agency).

Neolytix is an equal opportunity employer. This is a 1099 contract engagement; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Marketing Senior Media Buyer — Meta (Performance/DTC) | Remote US at Kitsch

Manages and optimizes Meta ad accounts at scale ($1M+ monthly), making daily budget decisions, running creative tests, and reporting on campaign performance for DTC e-commerce.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We make essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own a Meta ad account scaling past $1M a month. You’ll be the person in the account every hour it matters — the one whose judgment decides what gets budget every morning. You’ll inherit a system that already works (naming conventions, automated rules, budget ramp), and your job is to run it well, stress-test it, and make it better.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” seat. It’s hands-on, every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Watch campaign performance and pacing all day, and act fast when something’s off
  • Run daily optimizations: adjust budgets, pause what’s not working, launch new tests
  • Run a structured creative testing process and find the ads worth scaling
  • Keep naming conventions and automated rules clean and consistent
  • Work closely with the creative team, sharing what’s performing to guide new concepts
  • Report weekly on spend, CPA/ROAS, and testing results

What You Bring

  • 5+ years buying Meta ads at real scale — you’ve personally managed $100K+/month (ideally $250K+) on DTC e-commerce with purchase objectives
  • Deep knowledge of attribution mechanics: 7DC vs. 1DC, conversion lag, and why intraday ROAS numbers can mislead
  • Hands-on experience with structured creative testing (1-1-X, ABO signal isolation, CBO scaling) and Advantage+ Shopping
  • Experience building or running Meta Automated Rules
  • Discipline. You log your decisions, respect what’s in and out of your lane, and push for changes at the weekly review — not on the fly
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets: pacing math, CPA/ROAS modeling, threshold formulas

Nice to have:

  • Experience with whitelisting/spark ads and creator UGC pipelines at scale
  • Experience ramping a brand-new account from zero to six figures/month
  • Familiarity with CAPI, post-purchase survey attribution, or MMM-lite triangulation
  • Background in consumer beverage, food, or wellness
