ABOUT OLIPOP
At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.
This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.
Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.
The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.
In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.
So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in a professional setting; formal management experience is a plus but not required
Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through partnership-oriented, non-transactional engagement with physicians and practice staff

Builds relationships with school mental health professionals through outbound outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns to drive referrals to Handspring's virtual mental health clinic.
Who We Are
Today, 1 in 5 children in the U.S. has a diagnosable mental health disorder, yet about half who need care never receive it. Handspring is a virtual mental health clinic for children, young adults, and families, and we’ve set out to rebuild this system from the ground up. We’re a team of diverse, mission-driven people dedicated to making quality mental healthcare accessible to every young person and their family.
About the Role
We’re hiring an Outreach Associate to grow the referral channel that brings families to Handspring.
We’ve cared for more than 4,000 families, and most found us the same way: through a referral from someone they trust, most often a mental health professional at their child’s school.
That’s where you come in. Your job is to build relationships with the school mental health professionals who guide families to care. You’ll get Handspring in front of them and turn the ones who believe in our work into active referral partners. You won’t be starting from zero. We’ve built relationships with these professionals through the years, and you’ll have real assets to work with.
This is a doing job. The day-to-day is outbound work: research, email, phone calls, and persistence, and some of it is grunt work. The best person for it is self-directed, resourceful, and relentless about follow-through. We expect this role to grow with the channel, and we’ll invest in making that happen.
What You’ll Do
Build and run outbound. Build targeted lists of school mental health professionals, run cold sequences, and own deliverability end to end.
Own the messaging. Create cold sequences, event campaigns, reminder flows, follow-up, and nurture, with copy tailored to the person reading it.
Pick up the phone. Cold call prospective referral partners. Many of our best relationships will never start over email.
Work every channel. Run outreach across relevant platforms, using automation thoughtfully where it makes sense.
Fill the room. Drive registrations and attendance for our clinical webinar trainings, then follow up with attendees to identify the most promising referral partners.
Convert interest into relationships. Book conversations with our clinical team, help set up dedicated trainings, and stay engaged with active referral partners.
Test and learn. Develop and test new ways to engage prospective referral partners, from offers and resources to outreach materials, then use the results to refine what works.
Build the playbook. Partner with the Head of Growth to document what works so it runs without heroics.
You’ll own clear metrics across outreach, event attendance, and referral partner activation.
Who You Are
2-4 years in outbound, BDR/SDR, demand gen, or growth, hands-on with Instantly, Clay, Outreach, Smartlead, Apollo, or comparable tooling. What matters most is that you’ve built something you can point to, not a dashboard you monitored.
Both email and phone. You can write a sequence that gets replies and pick up the phone the same afternoon. Strong writers who won’t dial, and strong dialers who won’t write, will struggle here.
Copywriting you’re proud of. What converted matters far more than what got opened.
Real research instinct. You like the puzzle of figuring out how an organization actually works and who inside it can say yes.
Care for the work. You can talk about youth mental health with the care it deserves.
Why Join Handspring
A mission that matters. Half the young people who need mental health care never receive it, and every referral you generate makes it easier for a family to find care.
Real ownership, and a full view. You’ll run this channel alongside the Head of Growth, working closely with our clinical and operations teams and seeing how the whole business fits together.
A clear path forward. For the right person this is a launchpad, and we’ll treat it that way as the channel grows.
